This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website, and what this site does and does not store on your device.
Who is responsible
SLTelevisions is the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can reach us at support@sltelevisions.co.uk about anything on this page.
What we collect, and when
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page. That is your name, the service you selected, your phone number and/or email address, and the message you wrote.
Alongside it we record the time of the enquiry and the country your request came from. This is used to spot automated abuse of the form, not to identify you.
We do not collect anything at all if you simply read the site. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking on any page.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and to discuss the installation you have asked about — nothing else. We do not send marketing, and we do not share, sell or transfer your details to anyone else for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, who host this website and act as our processor. A copy is also sent to our own email inbox so we see it promptly.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can refer back to work we have discussed or carried out, then delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and shows no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The contact page includes a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which confirms the form is being used by a person rather than a script. It may store a short-lived token in your browser purely to carry out that check. It does not track you across websites or build a profile of you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what information about you we hold
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it
Email support@sltelevisions.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this page
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date below.
